Grief and Healing

You will not ‘get over’ the loss of a loved one; you’ll learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again but you will never be the same. Nor should you be the same nor would you want to.” Elisabeth Kubler-Ross and David Kessler  Losing someone close to you whether that's because of a death, a divorce, or the ending of a friendship is hard. Along with the initial shock, it's a challenge when you have to go on and learn how to navigate the future without them by your side. And because the grieving process is different for everyone, it can often be lonely and isolating.
