Knitting Dave's Sweater

I am knitting away in hopes that now I am this far, maybe I can finish in a month for Dave's birthday July 6th. I was originally thinking a sweater for Xmas but this may be a good goal. I need to keep motivated and finish. It is looking good. I am finished the front and half way throught the back, so then arms and neck.... we shall see if I can do it. Happy Knitting! It is a ggod thinkg to do as well while watching the Canucks, although I have made a few mistakes ...oops ..... the games have been so exciting. Go Canucks Go!

Remembering My Dad via Neil Diamond tribute

It is that time to remember ones I have loved and love. My dad died three years ago before, Dave and I were married. One of the things about my dad is that he loved Neil Diamond. As a little girl I remember listening to his eight track cassesttes in his car as we went for a long drive.My dad also loved to go on drives and we later joked about the drive by visits we had on trips with him as a family. I miss you dad and thank you for all the memories and the music in my life. Thought the version from Glee was interesting..... Music is healing to the soul and aids me in my creative journeys....

Chalk pavement artist Julian Beever

Th other day I was introduced to an artist named Julian Beever who has been creativing chalk art on pavement in Europe for over 10 years. He is an amazing 3D artist.
